We accept cancellation of orders before product shipment. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
Return (if applicable)
We accept returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days after receiving the goods.
To meet the return criteria, your item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete the return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return the purchased goods to the manufacturer.
Customers only need to pay once for shipping (including returns); For returned products, consumers will not be charged for restocking.

Regarding Delivery Guarantee
We provide delivery guarantees for specific fast shipping speeds and selected products. When the order provides a delivery guarantee, the relevant delivery date and cost (if applicable) will be clearly displayed on the checkout page.
If we provide a delivery guarantee date but do not attempt to deliver before that date, we will refund any shipping fees associated with the order.
Note: Orders within the countdown reflect Shopify's delivery capabilities when the page is opened. Due to changes in inventory or transportation capacity, the delivery date may not be determined within this time frame until the order is completed.

If we provide a guaranteed delivery date on the checkout page, your shipping fee may be refunded if we fail to deliver by the promised delivery date.
To obtain a guaranteed delivery refund, the following requirements must be met:

Refund delay or missing (if applicable)
Please contact our customer service department for the return address and do not return the product to the address listed on our website.
If you have not received the refund yet, please double check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, the processing time is 3-5 working days, and the refund usually takes 7 working days to arrive. Next, contact your bank. Refunds usually take some processing time to be credited.
